If you haven't read any of the Little Old Lady Who Swallowed.....books, you are missing out. They are so much fun and there are so many activities to do with her. If you remember the song, "There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly" then you have the basic idea. The newer books include "Swallowed a Bat", "Swallowed a Shell" and "Swallowed Some Snow". I found this great print out along with a whole list of activities at one of my favorite websites:
I also used the print outs from "There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly" for my Fall Festival Costume. It took most people a little time to figure it out, but my kids all got it right away since we've been doing this song in class.
